It is currently published to be installed on Windows. I'm not sure why you're having that issue. I just tested it and it downloaded successfully. Maybe try it again?
Hmm, it seems like this is just tied to the itch app, the download works fine on its own, but through the app I get the no compatible downloads were found error.
